Iowa Regional Housing Trust Fund for Wright County

GBB&T is proud to support the Heart of Iowa Regional Housing Trust Fund for Wright County. The housing trust makes money available to low-income individuals for rehabilitating and repairing owner-occupied housing.

Priority for these forgivable loans will be given to those who are 62 years of age and older, as well as individuals with disabilities. Applicants living in all Wright County communities who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply through the Wright County Economic Development Office.
