As a Green Belt Bank & Trust customer, you can access notary services at all our locations. Our team is here to help with the signing and verification of your important documents.

To ensure a smooth notarization process, all signers and required witnesses must be physically present with valid identification. The notary will review the document(s) to confirm all pages are complete and included.

Please note, we cannot notarize documents if:

• The signer is not present.
• The document is incomplete or missing pages.
• Valid identification is not provided.
